Ladies hair appreciation?

I had always a passion and love towards ladies hair especially it is long or if it styled beautifully. I had the opportunity in discussing with my office collegues and college friends about their hair. I used to ask them how they nurture, make braid, style, how often they to beauty parlour for hair styling and cutting. I also used to appreciate about the hair braid/ loose hair properly conditioned or neatly trimmed, new styles etc. One some of my offce ladies collegues repond or say thanks to me. The same applies to college girls also. Please tell me whether ladies like men talking about their hair, styling, cut, waxing, trimming, conditioning, appreciating their styles or they annoy?
