I have feet/toenail/nail problems. Can someone help me?

Ok I am pretty sure I am too accedent prone. I have these ridges on my nails and toe nails and they never grow out and look funny, also one time two summers ago I had the really bad itching on my pinky toe and it itched like crazy! it was all red and there was these little things filled with water. It was so bad I had to itch it on a rug. Then I have these bumps of dry skin (I really don't know what it is) on my toenails and fingernails and they just wont go away! I am sorry to gross you out but can anyone tell me how to get rid of these problems. They are so annoying and disgusting!
