Younger rabbits don't know what "no" means?

I read in a lot of websites on how sufficient it is that a rabbit would listen if you say no in a sharp voice with hand clapping if needed. My rabbit completely ignored it. She's still young though only at almost 3 months. But is her still being a doe a reason for it or an excuse? Or is she just refusing to listen? Also, just to add, she poops everywhere. I just put the litterbox at her spot yesterday where she mainly poop. Still doing it everywhere else including her bed. Even on my rug and such when I let her out. Once again, is she refusing to listen or just don't know yet?
