Can you get wavy hair by braiding it overnight?

YES it will. but put gel in it or mousse also since your hair isn't wet get a spray bottle and spray your hair with it. but next time try washing your hair and then braiding it with gel. tomorrow morning take out the braids put more gel or mousse in it and leave in conditioner if you want. make your hair little wet so the waves/curls last longer. i wore my hair wavy all this week and it looked beautiful everyone complimented on my hair and asked how i did it since my hair is naturally straight. TRUST ME i do it all the time my hair it will turn out beautiful and you will get many complitments! the bigger the braid the better the wave do either pigtails or braid it in four sections.
