I need help on getting my female cats to get along.?

I have two adult indoor cats that are both 4 years old. One is a male and one is a female. I recently got a new kitten, a female also. Well, my adult female cat is acting out because of the new kitten. She is urinating on the rugs in my home rather than in the litter box like she did for 4 years. (She still poops in the litter box) The male cat gets along great with both. I have tried everything it seems. The Dr. Esley's litter, cat attract... nature's miracle to clean it up.. Feliway...I have picked up the rugs and she just uses it on the bare floor. I don't know what else I can do for Bella to accept Sasha. ANY help will be greatly appreciated!!! I am willing to try anything!! Thanks a million!
