Anyone have a room the kids are not allowed in?

Growing up my cousins house had a room like this. It was the “formal” living room. It had a glass coffee table white rug and cream sofa. The kids were not allowed in there at all. Once a week my aunt went in to dust vacuum and clean the room. There was no food or drink allowed in there and when we came over to paly the adults went in there to talk while we had run of the rest of the house. At Christmas that is where the tree went and you had to remove your shoes before going in to open the presents. They had another, what they called, a family room in the front of the house where the TV and stuff was. Do you have a room you don’t let the kids in?
